I'll commit with (almost) the current header. I can't comfortably change the
copyright of any files that's initially from another team that I don't
really know how I should present ("the glib team"?). Neither can I really
add the copyright to "Dom". I'll leave it to you (but please hold until I've
checked it in, OK? :-) ).

Why adding a "useless" stackframe? Are there stdcall/cdecl problems, or were
it just "hysterical" resons? (sorry for not looking into this closer, I've
simply too busy right now).

Removal seems more reasonable (if the whole file would be inside "#if 0"),
or? :-)
I hope I can have a look at it after I've checked in the (much modified)
