(Frodo) Recursive cleaning added

* Make distclean now tells you to try make realclean because it removed Makefile
* Make clean now also does a make clean in all peer trees
* Make realclean now also does a make distclean in all peer trees
* Make realrealclean now correctly removes files generated by autogen.sh
  in the source tree.
