Is it possible/easy with the current build system to build, for
example, both a debug build and a debug bidi build? I think it
would be nice if the other ABI_OPT_XXX determine the object file
directory besides just ABI_OPT_DEBUG. Building is *very* slow
on Windows and I want to be able to crosscheck both builds
constantly.
