I'd like to have an option. It is not uncommon for me to select
something and copy it, then do several other things (which include
selection) before finally pasting it, then possibly doing other things
(which include selection), before pasting (the same thing) again.
Works well in Windows, obviously not in Linux. I have not succeeded in
getting the hang of Linux style copy and pasting, and I think others
would appreciate the option as well.
