There were at least two problems with the dialog that I fixed:
- nonmodal dialog did not update when document changed
- labeling was weird
- spin box where edit box appeared in Unix
Ahh that was three. There were...

Note that while I changed the String_Id.h file, the change was cosmetic and
does not require work on part of the translators. That will come later, I
hope :).

changes in the translations needed (yet).
src\wp\ap\qnx\ap_QNXDialog_Lists.cpp - changed to match xpap_String_Id.h
src\wp\ap\unix\ap_UnixDialog_Lists.cpp - changed to match xpap_String_Id.h
src\wp\ap\win\ap_Win32Dialog_Lists.* - many changes.
