The ImageMagick and AbiGimp stuff should be backported to STABLE

ImageMagick filter: remove erase() method, rename a submenu, install
filter effects into the submenu. Something like 30 filter effects now
"Just Work"

AbiGimp: change menu title to something a bit more informative

XSL-FO: fix auto* build breakage. auto* didn't like libXSL-FO_la_sources
and friends (the '-' screws things up)
