Building plugins

To get the plugins to build, I have to disable the following:

  --disable-gdict \
  --disable-OpenWriter \
  --disable-psion \
  --disable-librsvg \
  --disable-magick \
  --disable-wmf \

Are any of these known to be problematic? If not, I'll try to pin down
the problems. I know the Magick plugin should work.
