No, the wording was bad. I've changed the two Closed occurences to
Verified.
As for the script, it looks for Bugs in the VERIFIED state which have
been changed in the last 7 days, and where the Bug history shows that
the last action was a RESOLVED->VERIFIED transition.
The script is in CVS if you want to have a look at it. It's not perfect
by a long shot, and I'm sure it might be missing someone from time to
time. But I don't have the time to verify it by hand.
