    All of these are generated/specified at build time,
    so I agree with Alan that they need not be translated.

    Build Id is specified as an option when built similar
    to Build Version. I don't know what it's original/actual
    purpose is, but I use it to augment the version information
    (i.e. add date and time or some random but meaningful at
     the time string). [For Windows cvs/tinderbox builds at
    one time I used the date and time for the version, this
    string is now placed in build id, with two different
    build versions specified, the full one which is shown in
    the about box (CVS-HEAD) and then as individual components
    which are used in the Windows Resource Major.Minor.Micro.]

    Build Options and Build Target
    are automatically generated during the build process.
    Besides the XML markup they are available from
    Insert->Field Application and I believe are available
    to plugins (not that any plugins currently use this).
    But as they are generated and not part of the gneral
    UI I agree there is not a need to translate.
