Speed up cursor motion in docs with tables. Fix off by 4 pixel bug in the
tables broken over a page. Allow resizes to be remembered for unix.

This fixes some speed/draw issues in tables, especially for docs with
tables broken over pages.

It also makes abiword remember the last size it had and for the main
window to be sized how you like, provided it's width is greater than or
equal to the width of a toolbar. gtk2 refues to make a top level window
narrower than the width of a widest toolbar.
