OTS dictionaries for Czech, Welsh, Finnish,
Irish (Gaelic), Icelandic, Malaysian, Romanian,
Swedish, and Ukrainian.

I don't speak any of these languages so they're all
pretty rudimentary. They're just to get you started.
Try to keep out duplicates and keep them sorted in the
correct order for each language.
