I suspect the reason I've never committed changes like this is that
currently I have no way of testing them. This commit also is untested.
However, hopefully you should be able to:

./configure --disable-Cocoa --with-AbiWordExec=/path/to/AbiWord-2.0

in abiword-plugins. Let me know how it goes...
