More RTF export fixes. Now the guadec presentation exports to RTF
correctly!
As in MS Word gets the structure right. This is including the nested tables in merged cell region. One of the images is not scaled correctly - but that is problem for later too.

Unfortunately abi makes a total hash on re-importing the RTF but that's
a problem for later!
