    Now, about the release:

    * The 1.99.3 tarball includes
    abi
    abidistfiles
    abiword-docs
    abiword-plugins
    (no wv???)

    * The 1.99.2 tarbal included
    abi
    abidistfiles
    expat
    fribidi
    libiconv
    libpng
    nsis
    popt
    psiconv
    wv
    zlib

    We need to make up our mind what should be in a release and what not. This makes
    it more difficult for testers and automated build scripts like GARNOME to build
    abi succesfully every time.
