commit (head): revisions

import of revisioned text from rtf (actual text only; marking for
paragraphs and other structural elements not handled yet); speedup in
PD_Document::getSpanAttrProp, fix in fp_Run::draw(); remove bad
assert from fp_TextRun::printText().
