This shouldn't affect other platforms, but I have added a new virtual
method to notify XAP_FrameImpl that the current view has changed.
I have been noticing a puzzling (and easily reproducible) ASSERT() in
CocoaAbi that this fixes and which I think has been causing a few
crashes for other people.
o add notifyViewChanged() call-back to XAP_FrameImpl
called from AP_Frame if a frame's current view is replaced
o CocoaAbi: update Tool Palette with new view
