commit ABIMATH: Lots more progress.

Math now gets laid out inthe correct place just like regular fields. Maths
can be saved and restored to *.abw format files. Selections work and math
can be rendered on top of images just like regular text.

GtkMathview appears very fast. Redraws appear to be as fast as regular text.

Math can be deleted (which can be undone) but not yet cut/copy/pasted.
Doing this requires us woring out the RTF format for text storage.
