    This one should be in the must have. You can't imagine how many people
    do headers/footers with table in MS-Word.

    I think that these last will really have to wait for 2.3 dev branch

    I *might* have some problem working on OS X in the future monthes due to
    my move. I'll see what I can do and keep people informed.
