device resolution assumption

We currently assume that resolution in both axis is identical, which
for lot of printers is not the case, causing the infamous "printing
only across half page bug". At some stage we will need to do away
with this assumption. I was wondering what the status of uwog's units
patch was and whether it would not be a suitable opportunity to
replace GR_Graphics::getDeviceResolution() with
getDeviceResolutionX() and getDeviceResolutionY() -- it might not be.

What I really need to know is whether there is any chance we could
make this change prior to the 2.2. release, or whether I should work
on win32 printing hack to work around this.
