Commit (HEAD): Consolidate _handleField code in ie_exp_HTML.cpp

Code is a lot more concise now (and counter-free, thank you very much).
Only one branch for the notes instead of 4.
Thanks to sum1 who helped fix a crash during the development of this
patch. See? Even QA guys can code from time to time.
