sxw exp patch: paragraph styles

Hello,

the attached patch adds the export of paragraph styles to the sxw
exporter.

- The font-decls are generated based on the used fonts.
- Support for derived styles has been added
- Support for a few new style properties like font-family, color, background-color

The diff is quite big but i had to restructure a few things. This should
help further extension.
