Remove old drag text code. Fix bug 8540 "Crash when visually copying text
downward"
This bug was caused by dom's old code to do copying of text with cntrl-drag.
I decided to remove this code because at best it would be confusing to
users now we have visual drag and drop of text.

This should be backported.
