I wrote the plugin's MHT support to use version 1.2 of eps, I have no
idea whether it works with later versions. Also, I had to patch eps to
handle mac line endings.
The "xhtml" plugin is primarily used as an HTML importer, I wouldn't
worry about the MHT support unless it's really important to you.
