Glade-ified tab dialog (gtk).
This also adds AP_Dialog_Tab::_event_Update(); for auto-apply.

Please try it and tell me what you think, i'm not sure if the dialog
should expand automatically if there are user-defined tabs or if this
should be an internal preference persistent over sessions or something
else.
