There seems to be a problem with this patch. I get 35 UT_NOT_REACHED
asserts in ut_locale.cpp on startup. The document in the main window
is also not rendered correctly. After reverting ut_locale.cpp to
version 1.9 (opposed to current 1.10) it's running fine.
My locale is de_AT (ubuntu hoary).
