Thanks for handling this. It's worth backporting, with the only
difference being (read: uwog :)):

STABLE's directory: abi\src\pkg\win\setup\NSISv2
HEAD's directory: abi\src\pkg\win\setup\NSISv2\lang

I think NSIS 2.06 also has added support for Belarusian and Icelandic
translations.
