Set a 4 pixel minimum drag distance before launching VDND.

My appologies to Mark Gilbert for not doing this before the 2.2 release.

The 4 pixels in set in a define near the start of fv_VisualDragText.cpp

#define MIN_DRAG_PIXELS 4

We could make this a preference. Playing with it at 4 pixels seems to
work pretty well though.

This should be backported.
