dialog framework: ready for a breakage ?

Hi,

I'm about to commit my stuff for the new dialog framework. The goal is
to reduce the platform specific code to unify dialogs.

This might involve some breakage. I have done Unix and Cocoa (untested
Cocoa, because I don't have the Mac yet), as well as partial Unix unit
testing. Note that this API changes are not complete, I have a few more
things to do.

To limit build breakage and I made pure virtual methods just assert...
this will change in the future.

So are you ready for a breakage ? I'll provide explanation of what needs
to be done.
