Set time limit of 1 second per sentence for grammar checks.
Link-Grammar has many options for tuning performance and some catch-all
saviours.
We're starting to explore thes eoptions now.
This option prevents link-grammar hanging on long sentences. If the
timer expires we mark the sentence valid for now.
There are other options to tweak and recheck if the time limit expires
but these will take time to explore.
link-grammar is definitely cool.
