Change the zoom minimum to 20% instead of 10% (fixes bugs 6893 and 8769).
This shouldn't be backported because I suspect a few problems will arise
from the use of 10 and 500 instead of XAP_DLG_ZOOM_MINIMUM_ZOOM and
XAP_DLG_ZOOM_MAXIMUM_ZOOM; I already fixed one instance of it in xp
code. Please let me know if this change is undesirable.
