New documentation

While it is a small batch, this is the beginning of what I hope to be
the new and omproved documentation. I've laid it out to be something
like a book, though I'm sure this will change when it is implemented.
   The table of contents is roughly the plan I have devised. While much
of the information is already in the current documentation, I am trying
to avoid cutting and pasting other peoples' work all over the place. I'm
not sure they'd approve of the edits, so I'm using the current material
as a reference when I can find what I'm looking for. When I can't, the
the folks in #abiword have been extremely helpful, and I probably don't
thank them enough.
   I anticipate Section II (the menus) to be the most labor intensive,
but I have come up with what I think will be a good format in Chapter 2.

   If there are any glaring errors in format, layout, or style, let me
know. Typos and grammatical things I'll worry about later; for now I
just want to be sure I'm on the right track as far as the big picture goes.
