before 2.2.8

Hi,

I wanted to let people know that before 2.2.8 I need to fix 2 MacOS X
issues introduced with my latest changes:

1/ remove extra NSLog() in the drawing code. The slowdown is
unacceptable. This is easy, but a blocker.
2/ fix the spacing in BiDi, introduced by the large change I did in
BiDi. This is a regression that was introduced by the fix in
justification that was really a serious problem. Trade off, but I really
want to address that one too.

I come back home on Thursday, so don't expect anything before that.
