For the past couple of years we have not have an 'official' win32
maintainer, and somehow the task more or less fell to me by default.
Well, it is time for younger blood, and I am pleased to let everyone
know that Ryan has agreed to take upon himself this grave responsibility
-- as one of the few people who have mastered the black art of msys and
building of win32 binaries he is well qualified.
