Generally, any contribution is appreciated. If there are specific
issues you are working on, using Bugzilla to track their progress, then
to post a patch, would probably be the recommended method of integrating
with the project (as opposed to an all-encompassing patchset once you're
done). Just a note - you probalby want to be developing against
CVS-HEAD then backporting to 2.4, but this may vary depending on what
you're doing. However, this is the recommended practice for the optimal
contribution to the project.
