This latest work was committed to CVS tag "ABI-2-4-0-STABLE" for bothe the
main abiword build and the plugins. The latest fixes haven't been ported
to CVS HEAD yet. Don't use CVS HEAD for anything other than development.
It's undergoing quite radical changes on Unix.
