That's what I had figured, I just wanted to be sure and ask here after
noticing the policies on the site. That's also why I stick with only
official builds.

Yup, the AbiSource directory is actually intact with the exception of
removing the uninstaller. So the license, readme, etc are still there.
And my wrapper, PortableAbiWord.exe is GPLed as well. The source is
included in the package. (For the curious, it's written in Nullsoft
Scriptable Installer System and quite lightweight) I'm adding the
necessary lines to the help files and site to display the certified open
source icon as well. These portable apps are some people's first
exposure to open source, so I'm trying to make that prominent and help
people understand it more.

Great. I'll be keeping both the donation link for PortableApps.com and
the one that goes to AbiWord up.
Thanks for responding, Dom, and thanks for the kudos. I'll be releasing
Portable AbiWord 2.4.2 later tonight when I return home. I'll drop a
note to the list.
