ClipFetcher

I got my ClipFetcher app mostly working and fairly stable if anyone
feels like playing around with it. It will search for and download clip
art from the Microsoft Office Online Clip Art Library and allow you to
drag them into AbiWord (or any app that accepts drops).

It's in C# so it requires mono. It also requires CVS Abi at the moment
to properly accept the drag-and-drop stuff. It's only really useful on
Linux at the moment.
