Announce: enchant, link-grammar, wvware releases

wvWare 1.2.1, the Microsoft Word Document parsing
library, has been released. It contains a minor fix
for the Microsoft Windows platform when extracting
Windows Metafiles (WMFs). Get it here:

Enchant 1.2.3, the universal spell checking solution,
has also been released. It contains a variety of bug
fixes as well as renewed support for uSpell/Yiddish.

Finally, Link Grammar 4.2.0, a Free grammar checking
solution, has also been released. This is a major
release that includes a variety of improvements,
including:

* Build-system and runtime support for non-English
languages
* Simplified convenience API

Windows)
* A variety of other bug fixes
