SVN test migration, please test

Test tree here (please don't commit in it):

Diffs here against what is in CVS:

  http://abisource.com/~uwog/abiword/svntest/

Most notably are the changes in line endings (do I want to just use what
is in CVS now, or do we want to strip them like in the diffs?), and some
binary files that are not marked binary in cvs.

Please fix as many things as possible, then we'll do another test
convert asap, and repeat that until we're happy.

To do a checkout, do something like:

  svn co http://svntest.abisource.com/abiword/trunk/ abiword
