New abicollab conception

I think that abi must have some collaboration method that working in
inkscape collaboration plugin style.

It means:
All plugin network interaction will be layed on top of xmpp and some
lightweight xmpp interaction library.
Document can be easy exported throught xmpp beacaus of abi xml based
document format.
All conflicts, change records and collisions handling will be feeded
to xmpp protocol. Since it already have a lot stuff to handle it.
