Moving plugins, libtool anyone?

So this is a minimally invasive patch that build the ODT plugin inside
the abiword source tree, as discussed. The problem is that abiword
itself doesn't link any more, I'm blaming this on libtoolification in
autogen.sh, which is of course needed to build the plugin shared
object.

Could anyone with more auto-fu than me have a look at this issue?
