I'm working on a program to manage my large collection of small
document files that I use to take annotations about everything. Before
I was using Emacs with only simple text files but now with AbiWidget I
can use open-document files which is much better!

Some of the methods needed are the getCurrentCaretPos / setCaretPos.
I need then for instance to restore the cursor position when the file
is opened again, or to implement an incremental search funcionality.
The caretPos could be an abstraction, I don't need really to know what
is means as long as it is consistent in get/set.

But it would be excelent if pyabiword could expose the whole structure
of the document (I think it is called the "Pieces"). That would make
it really very useful.
Things that would be possible: to see the text at the position x, get
information about formatings, make modifications in the text, etc.
