GTK deprecated

Hi all,

I committed in trunk over the last week, changes to remove any use of
deprecated GTK calls. I also added some helper to make the use of
GtkComboBox more sane and easy.

Soon I'll add the -DGTK_DISABLE_DEPRECATED to the CPPFLAGS so that it
never happens again.

GtkOptionMenu, GtkCList and GtkCombo are now forbidden.

I also deprecated gucharmap in favor of gucharmap-2.
