I'm against that kind of duplication. It is needless and just clutter
things up. Also it is also the kind of actions that prevent to go forward.
I know breaking people habits is never easy. Even bad habits...

Edit is verb
Insert is a verb
Format is a verb
Collaborate is a verb
Table isn't and applies to a table, therefor make "Insert Table" misplaced.
File isn't a verb either.
I guess we have exceptions everywhere. But I truly believe that this
change is the right thing.
