Romanian translation updated

This is an update of Romanian translation, 2.6.x branch.

Also, there are two small problems in SVN:

1.system.profile-ro and system.profile-ro-RO missing from user/wp/GNUmakefile.am.

2. normal.awt-ro and normal.awt-ro-RO missing from user/wp/templates/GNUmakefile.am.

Romanian system profile and template files are already in SVN.
