Build Errors : new_win32cairo branch

Hi,

I have been trying to build new_win32cairo branch, on msvc 2008, but
it showed cairo.h/pango.h file missing bug, so I added the cairo/pango
development files to the msvc2008\Prefix\include folder, but now it
shows many more bugs :-

how do I resolve these ? I know I must be doing something wrong.
Sigh.. I dont have much idea about how stuff works on MSVC, make-files
and stuff.
