I've caught up with the Dutch strings submitted by Pjotr Kan and will
be checking other langs for changes that need to be committed.

Something like a string-freeze would be very handy as I find the POT
is still changing fairly frequently. I update Poolte to the latest
and in a day or two, the POT file has changed again. This makes it
hard for localizers to catch up with string changes.

Obviously, the best way to address this is to automate the updating of
the POT generation and to allow direct commits by language admins
without intervention by some other committer. One step needed is to
create a commiter account for Pootle using the SSH credentials (known
to Sugar Labs admins, but only used by Pootle). I need to take a look
for that public key information so that the pootle commit account can
be created.

As for automating the POT updating, that will require some scripting
and adding something to our nightly Pootle cron job, I'll touch base
with some Sugar developers who help out with Pootle system admin tasks
to see if I can get some assistance with that.
