Subject: Debian package install problems.

Hi,
The documentation for the latest Debian archive of abiword
(abiword_0.7.12_i386.deb) suggests that it has been tested and works on
the latest stable (potato - v2.2r2) release of Debian.
I would like to point out that this is not the case - the following
dependency errors occur on Debian stable:
requires libc6 >= 2.1.97 (potato currently on 2.1.3-13)
requires libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2 (potato currently on libstdc++2.10)
requires xlibs >=4.0.1-1 (not in potato)
This all suggests to me that this Debian package will only work on the
unstable (woody) release?
Any chance of a true potato release?
Andy.
