I've been on this list for over a year, and I'm still waiting for tables
support!

Don't get me wrong, I think Abiword is a great program, but without
tables, it's pretty useless. My workmates are pressing me to go back to
Windows after I installed Linux, because they want to use Word - KWord
has tables but is about as intuitive as quantum physics, Star Office is
impressive but takes half an hour to load, and no one other than me gets
the LyX philosophy.

Please get coding - I'd offer my help, but allI'm up to is Perlscripts!
