Subject: Section numbering and page breaks

Hello,
I've defined my own style for chapter and sections and it works (almost)
fine, except for two things:
1) The section numbering is not reset after a new chapter
2) Even if I set the 'insert page break' for the chapter style, no
page break is inserted!
For 1, I would like, at least, the first section of a new chapter to
have the number 1 (not the number of the last section of the previous
chapter plus one). I've seen the same problem with Numbered sections
(standard styles). I've also tried to manually modify the <style>...</style>
definition in the xml source without any success.
For 2, the same problem occurs with the 'keep with next' setting, and I found
the syntax of the 'keep-with-next' attribute, inserted it in the <style>...</style>
definition in the xml source, and it seems to work, but I don't know if a similar
attribute exist for the page break, and don't know its name/value.
Thanks for any help.
Francois.
